Hello, I'm sorry to have to come to the general Forum again, but I just dont' think the portuguese moderators are willing to help.

I already posted this problem in the portuguese forum but they told me to send a ticket, well I don't think this should be quiet as it's not the first time.

Yesterday in mid chat we heard the moderator talking about advatages of being part of a union. As we saw it, we asked about those advatages, as we I mean more than 3 guys asking the same question more than one time. The problem is the moderator ignored us, well I think this is kinda odd as I'm pretty shure if any of us cursed or something like it we would get banned, but when we ask questions about the game we just get ignored.

Is this the way to preceed??

I can understand if they dont know how to help us, they can just say, sorry I cant help you with that.
But the moderator in question knew the answer and just ignored us.

Well after this I posted the ss of the chat for this was not the first time.

It's portuguese so it's kinda hard for most of you to readi it, but most of it is just as I stated above.

And most important please help us, as for I and many other players pay to play this game and asking fore some quick help, it's just not asking to much.
