Why boosters obtained by the referral method (50 wins for the referral equals 5 boosters and 150 wins for the referral equals 10 boosters) cannot be exchanged into game money?

To prevent people from cheating, creating multi-accounts and benefiting from it.
It does make sense that only boosters you paid for could be exchanged for real money.
There are still ways to make use of promo/referral boosters that could be beneficial to you, DannyS, like getting VIP for the month.

You should have tools for the Support to prevent multi-accounting, tracking the IP's/cookies wouldn't be a problem in my opinion. A cheater always gets caught, sooner or later... I still believe you're going in the bad way with this option.

This has been tried already, its not like this site is doing anything without knowledge.
I thank you for your input on this matter.
by the way... if you bought boosters and got some via referral, ones that are free will be used first, leaving you with the boosters you bought to exchange for money.
