I saw in other FU that they have ranks like : Founder, senior member, junior member etc???
how can i make ranks in mu Union?
also, can some1 explain something about tournaments in FU??? why should i pay so much what is the benefit???

You are best writing a private message to the admin of the other unions for your answers.

Your guild members will need to pay fees and higher entry costs for cups to offset the cost of making them, also it is a massive benefit having the Exp you can earn from the union cups.
