@ADMIN, is it possible to extend the sits for the reserves, 7 is not enough to hold all 11 positions.
Its hard to keep on guessing on who might get the injury, or kicked out of the game, as i illustrate, if what i assigned as reserved is my left forward, but then its my right forward who got red or injured then we all know that left cant play the right. so there goes the problem.( it creates more disadvantage)
if its impossible to create a halftime break, then i hope this alternate remedy would be kindly considered.

Hi kent5,
I think it fits every 'normal' position.
You don't need a GK sub because as of now, GK doesn't get injured. So for a 4-4-2 formation, you can put 1 LD, 1 CD, 1RD, 1LM, 1 CM, 1 RD, 1CF.
In additional, considering reality soccer, I think 7 is sufficient.

hi bro, applying your way so you have 1LM as reserved but then what if your RM got injured? can your LM play the RM position?

I'm sorry I typed 2 RD, one of them should be RM

you did not answer the question bro, can LM play RM or vice versa?
or left positioned players to right.

Yes. But there will be a 'penalty' on players who plays out of their position. Hence, players capable of multi-positions are highly values. Also, special skill 'universal' decreases the penalty imposed on players playing out of position.
And to correct the mistake I made earlier
- 1 LD, 1 CD, 1RD, 1LM, 1 CM, 1 RM, 1CF = All positions covered with at least one substitute.

thats exactly my point bro, the penalty will create disadvantage, we have to train all our players first with this "universal" skill and thats not a walk in the park.
you have your player injured then you sent a reserved minus his attributes due to the penalty then its useless.

Which comes back to my point where 1 LD, 1 CD, 1RD, 1LM, 1 CM, 1 RM, 1 CF is sufficient to cover all positions in a 4-4-2 position.
In additional, the English league used to be a 5-men bench until last year where 7 were introduced.
As for new 11x11 players, it wouldn't seems fair to them having 19 at a start and facing strong opponent with a full bench of players. Also, the richer teams might then dominate the scene.
I think I'll leave the rest of the discussion to others at the moment.
Nice exchanging of different points of view. Have a nice day kent5!

Chances of him getting injured or getting a red card are slim to none.
Don't worry about GK.
7 is enough players on the reserve bench(for the fairness of the game, like Javier noted above) and I do not think that it will be changed to more.

come on guys, i mean what fairness are you talking about, there are tournaments competing level 1 against 2,3,4 and 5.

We are talking about the people that are just starting at that level and somebody who has all the money to buy many players. Fairness is not to let that "level 5 guy" get more people on the bench for substitution.
Everybody has the same number of players he/she can substitute.

About level 1 playing level 5 guy... Who asked him to play that game? Some people just love adrenalin. Nobody is forcing level 1 guy to play level 5

P.S.: Let's stick to the topic, please?

im not insisting here, im just trying to justify my point bro
whats the difference between a level 5 player competing against another level 5 player with lots of money were he can buy all the best players with maximum skills he can find and that he can pay for all the special combo trainings needed and buy all boosters he want and let say both of them have 26 players in their rooster COMPARE to a level 1 player against another level 1 with much more money? im still in the topic im just arguing in the view point of fairness here.

Life is not fair

Boosters were invented for better experience. If you can afford it - great! If not... People have found a way to make around without them (although it is somewhat harder).
I got your point

But again, life is not fair either, we still manage, don't we?

we can minimize the risk of player to get injured by keep an eye on their power, although their stamina is up to 95%, if they have less power then u must put them in rest (not play) because they became injured easily. correct me if i'm wrong..
