What is the meaning of 'Finance' on the page for the Football Union?

I see one with 7k and the other with 20k.

Also, I was looking to join an active union but none of them have tournaments going on. How do I find out who plays more and who doesnt?

Finance line in the Union means that is how much money that union has.
People donate, owner puts in - Union Finances appear: used for inner tournaments

You can see which union is active by looking at the fame - higher the fame, better and MORE they play.
I do not know if unions can have any inner tournaments, but later on you will be able to get 300%, 250%, 200%, 150% experience in the inner union tournaments, based on how much fame is in the union.

Hey Kakashi!Finance in football union represents how much money the union got,this money comes from members of the union,U can see member ship fee on the right hand when showing FU.This money is what makes FU able to set up cups,commercial or Local FU!
Actually,both unions in our zone now,International football & strong squad is new,none have made any cups yet!As a member of International football union,I would advice U 2 join us,if U checked the news of the union or our site,U can see that we r working on cups that will be available soon!We r the richest union as U can see!It's 220 K not 20K!U can't find out who plays more right now coz the unions r arranged by the glory points of its players!U will know who is more active by checking cups in both commercial & Local FU parts!

The unions can have inner tournaments & this is wt we works on in our union,International football union!They will be out very soon,so keep watching & join us if U didn't yet!
