Hi everyone. I have a small question regarding who should be named as captain before a match, that is of course if the algorythm behind this game uses this variant for computing the finale score. Assuming that it does, should it be the player with the highest skill (or Power) or the one having the highest moral before each match, thus having to change him quite often? Thanks.

Try making the player with the highest leader ability your captain. As to wheter it makes any difference you'd have to ask the programmers, I've never seen any explanation of how much assigning roles makes to the performance of your team.

I usually choose the captain to observe that certain player's performance. I don't think that he organizes the team during the match. I usually see that system automatically chooses an ordinary captain. If that was so, system should always choose the same player who has a leader trainings. That is my humble opinion

As you win games you occasionaly get special ability bonuses as gifts from the game or you can purchase an ability for 10000. These can be used to inprove leadership, speed, agility etc.. You can asign upto 5 different abilities to a player and upto 5 of each ability. Click on No free special ability is available [Train for money] on your Office / Home page to purchase or utilise the gifted ability.

As to captain, I usually give my keepers the leadership quality and use them as captains. OK?
