The Premier League was founded in 1992/1993 and has become to be one the worlds most biggest and most watched league due to the attacking minded was all the teams play. The league consists of 20 teams 1-4 getting into the Uefa Champions League, 5-7 getting into the Uefa Europa League, and 18-20 getting relegated to the Coca Cola Championship. Manchester United have dominated the Premier League since its foundation.

Manchester United has won the league 11 times. Beside Manchester United, 3 other teams have won the league and they are: Arsenal (3 times 97-98, 01-02 and 03-04), Chelsea (Twice 04-05 and 05-06) and Blackburn Rovers (Once only 94-95).

Yeah before that it was the football league division 1 what is now the Coca Cola Championship some of the teams broke away from the football league to founder the Premier League
