can anybody enlighten us how the task in the settings really works, i mean what does dribbling, dispatcher, etc.. does to a player? or what is its effect? thanks in advance.

This is an exert taken from Callzeke's guide.

"Aside from that, individual tasks can be given to each field player:

Play-maker. Player will be getting pass more often with everything is equal.

Dribbling. The player will try to pass opponent, rather than give pass or kick the ball.

Distant kicks. The player will try to shoot at the goal than passing the ball or passing with it.

The dispatcher. The player will pass the ball more often, rather than kick or pass opponent with it.

Flanks. The player will give pass on flank (only on flank players - i.e. on Lm, Rm, Lf, Rf, Lw, Rw)

Infringements. Raising the probability to break attack by infringement of rules while trying to take the ball away."
