In the past week I've noted a lot of match where the opposite team arrives just in time to play.
Not few seconds before deadline, but IN the right last second.

This fact happens often with the team owner disconnected!! (red pin instead of green near owner name)

Strangely these matches have very randomized results, I've seen not more than ten times, so I may not say more than the matches seems a bit strange.

Have anyone noted the same? I means a "last second" start of a match and player disconnected?
It seems a sort of cheating to make play the team alone.

Now in case the manager won't expose a command on game, to it won't include technical defeat because the command will play automatic composition (442 50 %). Thus real force of a command of automatic composition will depend from the VIP.
