Yesterday when trying to access may account in the game, I found out that I had been banned for 15 days. I discovered then, that this ban was due to a conversation I had with the chat's moderator josefranco.
Mr. JoseFranco uses a booster everytime he plays against me, which is perfectly natural and authorized by the game, but it's always against me what is strange, and so I decided to question him about that practice, one time that I lost my nerves, I admit that and I apologise, but we all have better and worse days. Nevertheless, Mr. Josefranco started to annoy me and to make threats. To prove what I'm saying I post the mails next:

I know that I didn't proceed correctly, and I assume my share of guilt, but I think that a moderator should calm, explain and soften the situations, and should be a calm person to give the example, a moderator has bigger responsabilities to you and to the users.
And that, as you may see, was not the moderators attitude in this case, in fact it's my opinion that making fun of a user is a very serious matter.
To sum up, if I, who have no responsabilities in the game, was banned for 15 days, someone with those responsabilities should, at least and fair, be banned for twice as much, and forbiden to be a moderator again. Because he is the face of your company in the game's chat.
To finish with, and just that you don't think that I just want to be forgiven, it's easy for you to have a pretty good idea of the way Mr. Josefranco treats the users, all you have to do is read some of his conversations in the chat, to understand the dictatorial and abusive way with which he treats other users. If you make a questionaire, you'll see what the Luso-brasilian community thinks of this moderator.
Yesterday, I contacted the support about this. Mr. Liperj asked to send him those mails as spam, which I did. Today, the moderator in question was banned for 1 day.
I'm sorry, but is this a mistake, or is the support making fun of me too? Is this the example you want to give to all other users and moderators? Do you think that it's ok to misstreat an user as long as you are a moderator?
I'm still banned for the same period of time.
With hope that you'll not ignore this situation, and that you'll make justice.
