1. A list of penalty takers, and I can prepare the best strikers for the last chances to win
2. An important requirement for substitutions is not available: CARDS! I want to change the player with yellow card ASAP :-w

I would love to see these 2 ideas implemented, especially regarding the yellow card substitution.
