I see a team with the win can get higher exp for its player, but if it is stronger than the opponent, exp would be low. I also see if a stronger team and get a draw or lose, the opponent is the one get high exp. Away team also get higher EXP. But i see somewhere the different. My enemy is stronger than me, and win it somehow easily cause i got Redcard, but still get huge EXP. It is a group game only, and my team play away.
Question is how the EXP is calculate? I got players at age 18 and talent 8, but never get >200 EXP in one match, even if i win the final, even if my team is weaker and play away.

Vip-4=+300% EXP per match;
Player with low stamina get an extra EXP points, but if stamina<50% EXP decreases twice
