Full Version: Better total skill vs Weak total skill

I saw that almost everytime I play against a team with a weaker skill then mine, I lose, or when I play against a better team than mine, I win...Why? Because I tryed many tactical changes and nothing new happens.

lol normally its other way round. You have to really lucky if you win against teams stronger than yours more than you win against teams weaker than yours. wink.gif

(this is embarrasing) ive never beating a level 0 or a 1 before estimated 4 or more times against.one time i got beat 4 nil by a level 1 and the other day duck cup 1st round level 0 beat me 1 nil sad.gif......ok i am not the best player but this is not cool ya know weet im sayn

because many lower levels who recently joined the game play attacking football with pressing cool.gif

First of all high skill is not the only thing that affects the outcome of the match or guarantees you win

According to the developers of this game the result of the match is affected by the following variables:

The main factor is Tactics, to be more precise its the comparison between the tactics of both players of the match.

The next significant factor after the Tactics is the comparison of the Skill of the field players but not the absolute (total) sum of their skills. Here is the example:

We have a FW and a CD. Suppose the FW is trying to dribble a the CD and go past him in a certain match episode. And the CD is trying to steal the ball from the FW. How do we know who is going to win in the episode? To calculate this the engine compares the dribbling ability of the FW with a Tackling ability of the CD but not only this. At the same time the engine also compares the special abilities that the players might have like Interception of a CD with Technicians of the FW, individual taks that both users might/might not have assigned to their players and tactics and strategy of both teams.

Lets not forget that the Total Skill of the players is affected by morale and stamina. And the performance of the players during the match can be affected by the money bonus.

A high money bonus will not guarantee you a victory in every match. It will only mean that your players will be more whilling to win the game by either trying to level the score when the team is losing or instead to keep the opponent from scoring if you are winning in the last 15 minutes of the match.

The money bonus will not help your team if your team has: injuries, red cards, low player skills during the match.
