I have played this game for a long time, day-in, day-out, enjoying greatly from the existing comradeship. For that, and to strengthen my team, I have gladly spent over a 1000€, because by improving my team I also increased the fun I got from the game.
When I started playing the game, I joined DFL Football Union, but later on changed to the ULP Football Union, which seemed to displease some moderators, who appear to have me on their sights since.
I usually exchange some playful banter with a female fellow-player, and on finding out she now was a moderator, I chatted a bit with her, asking her on how to get the position, and joking on her “probie moderator” status among older moderators. Moderator Goni had followed our personal conversation, and took offense to it, issuing me a red card, although we were just chatting among friends. I disliked been punished for a private conversation, and considered changing server to another country.
The following day I had been banned for 5 years.
Trying to present a defence, I posted in the Forum, asking why had I been banned, not getting any clear reply, just that the ban was active for all servers, and a rude accusation of being childish from mod LipeRJ. No explanation was EVER given to me on why I had received a 5-year ban.
After some private inquiries, I found that on the announcement about overpriced transfers, I had posted my opinion - not personally insulting anyone -, and wondering on how one was supposed to guess that a player was abandoning the game after performing a transfer. Apparently, I had been banned 5 years for that.
So I present my apologies to my friend, although she did not seem to take offense from it, and to any other who, without my knowledge, was listening to our conversation. Also to any others who may have felt that I was referring to them, when I said that guesswork would be needed when performing a transfer.

Is a pity that some moderators are not able to see that while participating in the game should not be moderating the chat, because they can not be impartial.
Rivelino is a brilliant colleague of game, always willing to help those in need. It's a little funny is true, but that has nothing wrong.
I witnessed what happened and sincerely think that the penalty imposed is a real exaggeration, that makes no sense.
I hope you can reconsider the sentence, because it gives all players a sense of what can happen to any of us if any moderator does not like us.
The game should be joy and companionship, and that is what the moderators have to support. And is not what has happened.
Please do not allow the Rivelino be punished without even defend himself.

The Rivas was banned for the absurd No reason for this is because the 1st comment this is something I explain qn LipeRJ banned without reason.
I suppose that in this game - as in many other online games -, if someone complains that he/she has been offended, measures will be taken against the offender.
But if the case is of eavesdropping somebody else's conversation, that is not a proper procedure.
And as far as the "Transfers Affair" is concerned, as someone with over 20 years experience in IT, including similar functions as a moderator, AND team leader, it is being not properly handled, and escalating way out of proportions: first, you investigate; second, present proofs and punishment; third, allow defense, if there is any;

The game allows it, if it should not, change the rules and game accordingly, publicly announce the changes, and FROM THEN ON, apply the rules. I´ve heard about what happened with revelino and i hope he cans join us in the game, and play again. i used to play against him, for a several times and he was a great player, and i think 11x11 is the biggest looser with all this situation. Hope you back soon RIVAS...

Well, private should mean private although it doesn't seem to in this server.

hi all.
i m playing this game for short time but i play others online games, and i never saw a player be ban for so long time, 5 years it s almost saying "do not play this game again".
i know a few guys from my ally and i think they r good ppl, we all have ours bad times and bad days and maybe we do or say things that we really dont want to say.
i hope u guys think a little more and decided not ban rivas, he is a good guy.

Moderators are volunteers, doing a thankless job most of the time.

Im new around here, but i think we should give opinion when we see injustices.
Only a blind guy couldnt see what would happen when anybody give different opinions to the mods of the game, this person is punished, without a chance to defend himself.

We live in a global world, where the opinion of the persons can move mountains.
This game should change completly when we talking about self respect cause when we think we should pass our ideias to other persons.
And this ideias can be used or not, but you dont loose nothing to just talk about it.
Nothing like a good chat cant resolve without punishments.
The world evolution depends on the unification of the people and their thoughts.

Every problem between member 11x11 and moderator should be solve it nicely, We did it in our zone, thanks to mutt, javier, keem and faceman who really help for it.
my personal suggestion, please think it over about rivelino. I know, Admin is human too and do a job as moderator 11x11 without any payment but it is very nice if he write something in this forum and tell everybody about it. if I am not mistakes, in your zone, its already happen before and its worked. why don't it happen again. Hi guys, I came across this forum and feel that I should say something about the ban too. I think Rivelino should be given a chance to explain and defend himself and perhaps a reprimand should be enough instead of a 5 year ban. The 5 year ban is exaggerated.
Yes, the mods are tireless volunteers that helps a lot in making this game fair and fun to everybody. However, in this case, I think the mod who issue the ban should reconsider and be more forgiving. If the mentioned "female mod" has already forgiven the joker, I think the other mod should too. =).

And i think that.. What Rivelino had donne he is more remorseful than never, so i tell you to have the common sense and see what he had donne good on this game, i can you assure that he is a good teammate and on that we don't have no doubts.. (the messages answer for it!).

allow me to give my opinion and no offense to others coz i'm new in this server and i dont know rivelino and mod LipeRJ.
i'm new in this game but i played a lot others online game and i never saw a very strict rules like this game.
we can get banned for 5 years or 10 years it's like u dont play this game anymore, this is very rude and unfair.
we play this game seriously and already wasted a lot of time to this game i think ppl like this will not deliberately breaking the rules.
admin or mod should sorting a serious players or not before give a punishment, like rivelino he already using a lot money and his case is not a very big case like using fake credit card or multi id why he got banned that long.
i think he shouldn't be banned for that long just ban 1 or 2 days and i believe he will be conscious
i've been banned for 10 years and i dont know my crime, i am very disappointed i got banned becoz admin do a mistake lucky faceman recovery my id and all my point within 2 hours thats already make me a heart attack and make me suffer.
1 also have been given red card from mod tittlemouse in english tribune becoz i said gay to my friend and i got yellow card directly lucky at that time mod mutt was there and he knows we always joke like that so mod tittlemouse recovery me in 2 minutes. i got no heart feelingabout that, mod tittlemouse is a good person and u just doing your job.
I am using this cased for getting my point and my point is with all respect admin or mod pls dont give any punishment before give a warning.

1st.Rivelino ban is irreversible,so coming over here for 3rd time,asking all ur friends to comment demanding the ban to be removed is just worthless!The reason U were banned was disrespecting for the moderators & the admins by a clear words ( that means wt I should do to be a mod here ) & I can't say the exact words coz it's really shameful,U know it already!Also it's not ur first time there!
* Some Portuguese players feel badly when others r chosen as moderators as they feel they have the right to be mod's instead of them!This is a point that many missing there

2nd.Portuguese zone have its own admins (Faceman & LiperJ) & own moderators too,For all who try to gain some points by trying to approach other moderators will get no where coz no interference between zones staff regarding their calls specially one like this!
